Lets learn how to cook a wet fry pork while at home.
Ingredients for a wet fry pork;
2gloves of garlic grated
3 large tomatoes peeled and chopped
1 large onion finely chopped
A bunch of coriander leaves
2 Royco cubes
1 teaspoonful of oil
Salt to taste
Procedure of preparing wet fry pork
use a sufuria or a saucepan to cook the chopped pork.Use medium heat.
Add two teaspoon of Cooking oil and fry the pork until it turns golden brown.
Add the chopped onions and stir for 3 minutes then add the grated garlic and continue stirring for 2 minutes.
Add the chopped tomatoes and stir in between until all the onions are crushed forming a thick sauce.
Add enough salt and Royco cubes,for the lovers of chilies add some.
Add a half Cupful of water and reduce heat. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes or until the meat is tender enough according to your liking.
Add the coriander leaves and turn off the heat.Serve while hot.
The fried pork can be served with ugali,rice or smashed potatoes.
