Chilli pepper is any of several species and cultivars of very hot pungent pepper in the nightshade family.Chili pepper can be eaten fresh or dried and are used powder and to flavour barbecue,hot curry and other spicy sauces.

The chili pepper,from Nahauti chilli is the fruit of plants from the genus capsicium.Chilli peppers are widely used a spice to add heat to dishes.Here are some of the heart effects caused by consuming pepper.

People who eat red chilli peppers have been shown to have lower levels of low-density- lipoprotein,which it at times called bad cholesterol because it increases the risk of heart disease.

Research show that consuming peppers is associated with 13% lower incident of death from heart disease and stroke.

Capsaicin is an active component of chilli peppers which are plants belonging to the genes Capsicum.It is a chemical irritants for mammals including humans and produces a sensation in burning in any tissue which comes into contact.

Capsaicin leads to impaired mycocardical relaxation and diminished cardiac nitric oxide content,thereby decreasing the workload on the heart leading to low blood pressure.
