How to Supplement Plain Rice to Be More Colourful

Ingredients

Whole rice

Green beans

Peas

Carrots

Red pepper

Onion

Yellow pepper

Seasoning (salt and pepper)

Preparation

Soak the rice for one hour in hot water or overnight if cold water is used

Remove the threads, chop, and wash the green beans

Peel and Chop the carrots

Cut the peppers into into strips

peel and Chop the onions

Boil the green beans,peas and carrots in salted water.drain

Boil the rice for 30minutes.Drain

Heat the oil in a frying pan and saute the onions.When it becomes transparent,add the rice and vegetables and stir for a few moments. Remove from the fire and and let cool

Arrange in a serving dish and decorate with the olives and the red pepper strips.
