Meet A Kenyan Who Is Making Alot Of Money In USA By Selling Njahi, Mokimo And Githeri To Seattle

The beautiful and courageous lady is called Jane Wanjiru Kagira. She is an ambitious Kenyan lady who is a great entrepreneur and business woman who has ventured into business in the United States of America. She went there in the 1990's with her husband, George Murogo. Due to her passion in cooking spicy delicacies that attracted many people who are customers especially those residing in the neighbouring countries. First she decided to go and train as a chef in the culinary arts of Le Cordon Bleu where she graduated in the year 2009.

Jane saw an opportunity of acquiring a space where she opened her own business by opening a restaurant called Safari Njema Restaurant in May,2010.

The beautiful restaurant is located in a small biege strip mall off Rainer Avenue South. It is open on Mondays at 11am to 11pm,closed on Tuesday and opens at 2pm to 10pm on Wednesday to Saturday. She is the owner and head chef of the restaurant where she serves delicious Kenyan foods like matoke, njahi, mokimo, githeri, samosas, ugali, chapati, tilapia fish, okra and other delicaciesfor more information,like share and comment.
