Meet Embu Man Making Skin Care Products And Soaps Using Goat Milk

His name is Kombo Nyaga. He hails from Embu town in Embu county. They say that necessity is the mother of invention, Nyaga's story is one that defines the saying. Years back, his child got I'll with Eczema, he walked in many hospitals but he didn't heal and that is where Kombo decided to try if goat milk could heal the child and it worked.
From that time is when he came up with the idea of establishing Cleo Nature company in 2015 that manufactures skin care products and soap from goat milk. The company is located at Kenya industrial estate in Majengo estate. In an interview, Kombo revealed that he gets the milk from local goat farmers in Embu. Goat milk has antiaging elements that cure skin conditions like Eczema and even enhance growth of hair. When manufacturing the products, the milk is mixed with castor oil and turmeric.
The company takes 120 litres of milk every week and buys a litre at sh100. 2000 soaps are sold daily to retailers, supermarkets and beauty stalls. You can also buy the products at their online shop called Mydawa.
