Things You Should Never Do On An Empty Stomach.

Most people do not take into consideration the first thing they put into their stomach. Here are the four things you should never do an empty stomach

1.Taking Anti-inflammatory tablets.

Popular medicines such as paracetamol, aspirin and other anti-inflammatory pills are not supposed to be taken on an empty stomach. It not only reduces its impact but it causes serious and many health complications. It is better you take this tablets after meals or even snacks as it lowers you probabilities of facing these adverse effects.

2. Chewing Gum.

The digestive acid produced while you are chewing gum destroys the lining of an empty stomach. Also overindulgence with the gum may lead to gastritis or even stomach ulcers.

3.Going To Sleep.

Hunger and low glucose level stop us from falling asleep and waking up early. And lack of sleep will increase your hunger hormones. This is why you would possibly have observed that you consume more the following day after skipping dinner.

4.Drinking Coffee.

If you mostly consume coffee on an empty stomach, then you need to put it to an end now as this causes heartburns and different digestive problems.
