How to prepare delicious wet fried fingerlings at home

Fingerlings have been a staple food for people frm the lake regions. This type of food is very nutritious because it contains calcium and iron. Below is the procedure on how to prepare it.

What you will need:

Source of heat,

Cooking pot,

Frying pan

A spoon.


Fingerlings 200 grams

Two medium sized tomatoes,

One green onion


Cooking oil,

Salt to taste.


In a cooking pot add one liter of water. Let it to boil then grade the fingerlings and add into the pot. Cook it for five minutes and remove from the fire. separate them from water and make sure all the water drains up. Put it aside. In a frying pan add cooking oil two serving spoons and let it heat. Add the fingerlings and sprinkle some salt for fast drying. Cook for about five minutes and turn it for the upper side to cook. Add half a tea spoon of salt then continue to cook until it turns golden brown. add chopped onions and cook until golden brown then add chopped tomatoes.

Cover it and cook until the tomatoes becomes soft to form a pool paste. Add the coriander and cover for two minutes. Mix it and remove from heat then it is read. Serve with your favorite food.
