Foods That Will Whitten Your Eyes Faster.

 

Do you have a red eyeball that is caused by dust, smoke or pollen? Do you wish to get rid of that but you don't know how? Well look no further, below are foods that can make your eyeball look white again.

Cucumber

Due to their nature, cucumber are considered one of the most effective way to get rid of the redness in eyeball. Cut a thin slice of cucumber and place it on the eyelid for 20 minutes, the water that is contained on cucumber relaxes tired eyes, moist and removes the dirt or dust causing the redness on the eyeball.

Vegetables.

Including fresh vegetables on your diet everyday like lemons, oranges, pumpkins and carrots will keep your eyes white because they are rich in antioxidants and vitamins. I can recommend a fruit salad as an affective remedy.

Nuts.

Eating nuts like almonds, peanuts and walnuts keeps your eye healthy. This is because they contain natural/unsaturated fats that help in moistening the eyeball.

Green leafy foods.

A good example of such is spinach, lettuce and cabbage. These green leafy foods promotes the health of the eyes by making the eyeball moist and reducing straining and dryness.

Eating Omega Fatty Acids.

Omega-6 and omega-3 help in treatment of dry eyes. Some of the fish that are rich in omega-6 and omega-3 are; salmon, sardines and mackerel.

Avoid too much salt

As we all know, salt when taken in excess can cause dehydration on the body, that would make our objective on making the eyes moist impossible. So on that note, regulate on how much salt you take daily to avoid dry eyes. Its recommended to take 1teaspoon per day for better results.

Above all this, its advisable to have a quality sleep at all times, drink a lot of water, avoid places that are dusty and always keep your eyes moist by placing a moist towel on your eyelid. Following this simple steps and taking the above foods, its guaranteed that you'll have healthy and white eyeballs.
