What Will Happen To Your Body If You Don't Drink Enough Water.

Water is really good for your health. What most of us don't know is that about 60% of the body is water. So if you do not drink enough water, your body will become dehydrated thus interfering with cellular processes. Lack of enough water leads to reduction of the percentage of blood to about 8%. This leads to narrow blood vessels thus increasing the risk of heart attack and stroke.

Your lips will always be dry. When you feel that your mouth is dry what most of us do is to try to get water which we can drink. Try to think what may happen if that water isn't available. What will happen is that your lips will start to crack. Water helps in lubricating the mucous membrane in the mouth and throat. This usually helps your mouth to have saliva which will moisten your lips. So its good to ensure you take more water to avoid your lips from being dry.

Lack of enough water dries up your skin. The skin is the largest organ of the body. It should always be maintained by keeping it hydrated. When you don't take a lot of water, you won't sweat. When you lack sweating, no dirt will be eliminated from your body. Slats and minerals are removed from the body through sweating. If you want to avoid more pimples all over your face, its advisable to take alot of water.
