Eating plenty of fresh fruits and and vegetables may help to prevent damage that leads to premature aging.
3. Cleanse your skin gently
Scrubbing your skin can irritate and this can accelerate skin aging.Gentle washing helps to remove make up and other substances without irritating your skin.
4.Drink less Alcohol
Alcohol dehydrates the skin and in time it destroys and make one look older.
5 .Exercise most days of the week
Moderate exercise can improve circulation, boost the Immune system and this gives your skin youthful appearance.
