If you are a social media fan,you have either seen or heard of him. Sande Mayau from Kisumu became a social media sensation after several videos of him selling mitumba clothes for women went viral. He has a unique way of attracting customers by using jokes filled with sense of humour. He performs his daily hustle at a roundabout near Kisumu Boys National Oil Stage.
Through his Instagram account, mayaudreamchaser, he happily shared the good news after a collection company @devine_collections, came through and offered him a job. He was paid an air ticket and flew from Kisumu to Nairobi.
He was driven to the collection building inside a Mercedes-Benz car. "Rangi ya sura yangu isiwababaishe, lakini weee ni kama video ni kama drama. Kweli kazi ya Mungu haina makosa eti @devine_collections wameskia mwito wakaitikia. Basi njoo tupige luku pale 53 Park archade ring road kwa @devine_ collections" Said happy Sande Mayau in his Instagram post.
