It is important to note that growth of beards for women is not a curse. Those beards that you will spot a lady's face are just like any type of hair in any part of the body. Harnaam Kaur is said to have fought many years of bullying and criticism due to her long facial hair.
Growth of beards in women is caused by a defect known as Hirsutism. This is a defect caused by heightened levels of hormones known as androgens which lead to excessive growth of hairs in different parts of the body. The increase in androgens is commonly caused by Polycystic Syndrome.
