When you took of Atheletics, then you cannot miss to mention Kenya's name. Kenya has been performing in International Atheletics since 1956, and it has won many Gold medals with Prominent Atheletes like Kiplimo Morn and many others.
Currently we have Eliud Kipchoge, Helen Obiri and many youngsters who are coming up. We cannot forget to mention Ferdinand Omuruwa Omanyala, who is representing African Continent in the 100m mens race.
We have women who have won Gold medals for this Country. But we cannot miss to mention Pamela Jelimo's name in the History of Kenya's Atheletics.

After women in 2000s trying their luck to win Gold Medals, and failing to make it. The 49-year old Pamela Jelimo came in and broke the york, and she won the very first Gold medal in 2008.
Pamela Jelimo retired from Atheletics in 2014, June. And she is currently running her businesses in Nairobi County and Eldoret Town. She is married to Cyrus Jelimo, and they have been blessed with 3 Handsome boys and 3 Ben Girls.
