Causes Of Early Grey Hair And How To Avoid It

Millions of hair follicles cover the skin or make tiny sacs in the human body. Hair is made in the follicles, which have color cells or pigment cells that carry melanin.

The loss of pigment cells in hair follicles over time is what makes white hair appear.

When you're younger, you might have a full head of blonde or even black hair, but getting gray hair in your twenties is too soon. White people usually start to look old in their mid-30s, and we've already seen some young adults whose hair is graying before it should. Gray hair happens when the cells that make the pigment that gives hair its color, called melanin, stop making it. One the one hand, hair follicles

When you are a teenager or in your twenties, you may notice one or more white hairlines. This is what most people do. On the other hand, some people get a lot of gray hair at a young age. By the time they are 50, 60–70% of their hair is gray. People don't get this disease very often, and it's caused by several diseases that have come and gone.

Several things can lead to gray hair starting early.

1. Genealogy

Most of the time, a person's genes determine whether or not they get white hair. If you notice white hair early in life, it's more likely that your parents or grandparents will have gray or white hair as they get older.

2. Malnutrition

If you don't get enough vitamin B-12, you might get white hair at a young age. This vitamin is very important to your health as a whole. It makes you stronger and helps your hair grow and change color in a healthy way. Pernicious anemia, a condition in which the body can't absorb enough vitamins, has been linked to not getting enough vitamin B-12. Red blood cells, which carry oxygen around the body like hair cells, need vitamin B-12 to work. Its absence can hurt hair cells and stop melanin from forming.

Can white hair turn back into black hair?

Because of genes or getting older, graying hair can't be stopped. On the other hand, graying caused by food, pollution, bleaching, and stress can be slowed down with a healthy diet and good hair care. Find the hairstyle that looks best on you and follow your hair care routine.
