1. Applying a chemical peels

2. Applying sugar scrub
Opt for a gentle sugar scrub to help exfoliate all the dirt, grime and dead cells from your skin. Take 2 tbsp of sugar and mix it with 4 tbsp of olive oil. Once the scrub is blended properly, take it and rub it on your legs in gentle circular motions. It'll help get rid of the spots while also keeping your skin smooth and soft.
3. Lemon application
Much like apple cider vinegar, lemons also work like a natural lightening agent and can actually show results overnight. Take one lemon, cut it into slices and then rub the slices on the affected areas. Leave the juice on for 10 minutes and then rinse it off with warm water. Apply a soft moisturiser afterwards or your skin will become too dry.
4. Apply aloe vera gel
For some people, dark spots aren’t the result of hyperpigmentation, but scarring, which can be especially apparent on those with more melanin-rich skin: “Scars are unpredictable, which can make them difficult to treat. The most important thing is to treat right away,” Engleman explains. “The more pliable your skin is, the less chance there is that scars will occur, so adding moisture back into the skin with oils and lotions can reduce the appearance and prevent new ones from forming.” A tried and true ingredient that may be used to improve your skin’s health from the inside, or outside, is aloe. Aloe can be ingested in the form of aloe drinks, or applied to the skin as a moisturizer or skin healer by breaking the leaf of an aloe plant and dabbing the sticky substance onto your scar. Aloe vera gel can be applied directly to the dark sports and rinse with warm water after 20-30 minutes.
