Salt water is has natural antiseptic properties. It is good for the skin thus has healing substance that can rejuvenate and repair the skin from damages,hair and nails and it's much available ,easier and less expensive to get it than using creams. Waking up and wash your face with salt water can be beneficial and important to your skin.
Salt water clears skin rashes.
Salt is rich in magnesium sulphate that is good for the skin and it removes dead skin and rashes thus leaving your skin smooth.

How to use
Wash your face as normal with soap or a facial cleanser. Rinse it well in warm water and dry with a clean towel. Washing your face with a cleanser before applying salt water it gets rid of dirt and oil, making the salt water wash more effective and to be absorbed better by the skin pores.
Place a tablespoon of table salt in a bowl. Fill the bowl with warm water and let it dissolve. Dip a clean face towel in the bowl and wipe the salt water over your face. Let it stay on your skin for 30 minutes until it dries then rinse off with clean warm water and dry your face with a clean towel.
Do this 3 times a week and you will see the changes.
