No one in this century wants to have wrinkles especially on the face. Wrinkles comes up when your skin begins to fold because when you grow old your body is not producing enough proteins thus the skin becomes thin or damaged.
Here are some ways to prevent or even slow down wrinkles from showing up on your skin;
Apply coconut oil.
This oil fills up the gaps in the epidermis thus making your skin strong and hold up together,it makes your skin fuller and thicker. Apply on your face, neck, hands or any other place of your choice 3 times in a week for better results.
Drink lemon balm leaf tea.
Lemon corrects tissue damage and contains vitamin c which helps to build up the skin thus reducing wrinkles.
Check on your diet.
You should eat healthy and always include blueberries, spinach,kales and beans in your diet. What you eat reflects your outside.
Have enough sleep.
It has been said that we need to sleep for at least 7-9 hours a day which is true, having enough sleep helps to nourish the skin. During night time,the skin is relaxed and the air is also fresh because of less activity and it gives the skin ample time to regenerate.
Wash your face before sleep.
Make ups contains a lot of chemicals which are harmful to the skin especially when you sleep with them thus it is advisable to always wash your face before going to bed.
Avoid direct sunlight.
The sun contains ultraviolet rays which is harmful to the skin and when outside try and put on a hat and glasses that will prevent the sun from reaching your face. You can also apply suncreams when out on a sunny weather.
Lastly,quit smoking and lower your sugar intake as they have harmful substances that brings about ageing. Also try and limit foods rich in fats because they help the skin to age quickly. Good luck everyone.
