A couple of weeks ago Murugi Munyi changed her hairstyle from braid twists to having her hair open infront and installing weave on the back. A style that her kids and husband Zach liked very much.
Ever since the change of hairstyle Murugi Munyi has not been attending her gym session for 3 weeks in fear of destroying her relaxed open hairstyle.
Finally after the long break,she went back to the gym today and her body was stiff as she claimed that her life flashed before her eyes 18 times during workout and goes ahead to advice her followers to not skip gym for 3 weeks.
