Over the last few weeks, a Kenyan barber has been making the headlines across the world thanks to his unique style of operation and branding.
He identifies himself as the Anonymous barber, something that has brought a lot of curiosity among his clients. He works at Mintos Haircut and Saloon in Mombasa. His shop is located at Mwembe Tayari where customers troop in to get a taste of his talented haircut styles.
He started wearing a mask back in 2020 when Covid-19 struck. Initially, it was a way of surviving during the pandemic but after a while, the idea has stuck with him becoming his brand in the process.
He imports his mask from Abroad and has never shown his face to clients or workmates.
Only his employer knows him by face or by name. That anonymous state has built him a huge reputation with the Barber receiving accolades from across the world. He intends to remain anonymous forever according to him.
Meanwhile, share with us your thoughts on the matter kindly.
