The kisumu governor Professor Anya'Nyong'o today in the afternoon received the water hyacinth harvest machine which will enable the county to remove the water hyacinth plant from the Lake Victoria. According to the news which was shared on the social media platforms, the harvest machine was brought by the Indian high commissioner to Kenya Hon Namgya Khampa.
The Kisumu governor Professor Anya'Nyong'o was happy to receive the machine as it will enable the county to continue with improving the Lake Victoria. Lake Victoria is among the top attractive places in the city of Kisumu which generates alot of income in the country.
The governor also on his speech said that Kenya will continue working with the government of India to straighten the relationship of the two nations. It is now time for Kenyans to continue working work so that Lake Victoria can be more attractive to the tourists. Remember to maintain peace among each other during this time.
