1. Smilodon

Is a genus of the extinct machairodont subfamily of the felids. It is one of the most famous prehistoric mammals and the best known saber-toothed cat. Although commonly known as the saber-toothed tiger, it was not closely related to the tiger or other modern cats.

2. Tasmanian tiger

Is an extinct carnivorous marsupial which was native in island state of Tasmania, New Guinea, and the Australian mainland.

It was one of the largest known carnivorous marsupials evolving about 2 million years ago. The shape of animal looks like a dog. The last known live animal was captured in 1930 in Tasmania. Nowadays humans beings are friendly to dog but this dog it feared humans can beings. See the picture.

3. Woolly Mammoth

Is a species of mammoth that lived during the Pleistocene until its extinction in the Holocene epoch. The body was covered by hair although the shape of the body looks like a elephant.

It was one of the last in a line of mammoth species, beginning with Mammuthus subplanifrons in the early Pliocene.
