Good evening and welcome to my daily news updates.Tap on the follow link on the top right corner if you haven't done so to receive more news.Welcome

The government of Kenya has lifted ban meted on genetically modified crops in a move to increase food production in the country. The ban was heavily discussed in Parliament in 2012 before the country considered it.However, the new government has not considered the health effects of the crops as earlier discussed. The move has seen a mixed reaction from Kenyans on social media.

Kenya is still struggling with food production due to the economic crisis in the country. The government has a mandate to stabilise the economy despite the difficulties witnessed so far.We hope the move will not affect the common people in the country.
