They live an incredible lifestyle that includes living in insanely large mansions, wearing designer clothes, driving super cars, and owning multiple properties. This is certainly the type of life that any average human wants to live. Because of how blissful a celebrities life is, many people often believe that the celebrities life have always been a bed of roses, which is not true.
Some celebrities actually had a really terrible past, especially while growing up, many of which you can' t even imagine passing through. Some celebrities where once entirely homeless, some their parents were abusive drug addicts and alcoholics, some molested etc. For the purpose of this article, we are going to be looking at some of your favorite celebrities who had a traumatic childhood experience.
Terrence Howard: if you have watched the very popular series movie titled " Empire" then you will certainly know Terrence Howard who played the role of Lucius Lyon in the movie.
While he may be a very successful actor today, Terrence actually experienced a very traumatic childhood.
At the age of 2 years old, he once saw his father stab a man to death in a department store.
He was also physically abused by both parents, and decided to leave his parents at the age of 16, supporting himself only on welfare.
Charlize Theron: Charlize Theron is one of the most beautiful and talented Hollywood actresses out there. But she had a very traumatic childhood. Her father was a chronic drunk who usually abused her mother.
At one night when she was 15 years old, her father and his brother came home after getting drunk and threatened to kill Charlize.
In self defense, her mother shot and killed her father, and injured his brother with a gun shot.
Her mother never faced prosecution for what she did, because she acted out of self defense.
