Reprieve for Krispah Ndovu ni Kuu Concerning his Biggest Hitsong.

One of Kenya's latest music sensations Krispah aka Ndovu ni Kuu is a happy man after Youtube reinstated his Ndovu ni Kuu music video this morning. The song which has very catchy lines with a fantastic flow, owing to the lyrical mastery of Krispah and acclaimed rappers Khaligraph Jones and Boutross, had been taken down by Youtube over a copyright strike 3 days ago.

By the time it was being taken down, the song had already garnered over 3.5 million views on the platform within one month of its release.

The copyright claim had been made by someone by the name Dexta Briyanka, an upcoming dancehall and RnB artist. Once a video is taken down by Youtube due to a copyright strike, the owner of the channel stands to lose all revenue accrued from the video and may have his channel deleted permanently by Youtube if he/she gets 3 strikes. This is according to the terms of use and rules by Youtube.

However, Krispah had lamented over the continued "misuse" of the copyright claim by people who have malicious intentions and those who just want to frustrate creatives. It is remembered that several artists and creatives on the platform have fallen victim to the rule which is termed to be unfair to them sometimes. From bongo artist Harmonize, comedian Flaqo and more recently Mejja are some of the notable figures, who had their videos pulled down after a copyright claim only to be reinstated later.

Krispah's hitsong is now available on Youtube and fans can now enjoy the high quality music video whenever they wish.
