Kikuyu singer Samidoh's wife, Edday Nderitu, has thrilled netizens with a video of herself enjoying a workout session in a gym. The gorgeous mother of three took a video busy flexing her muscles while dressed in a sweat pant and posted it on her Tik-Tok account.
She revealed that she has been trying to keep fit, months after giving birth to her third-born daughter. She probably wants to lose the baby fat and remain in shape after giving birth.
Edday said that apart from lighting weights, she also does cardio in a bid to lose weight. " Fitness and weight loss, " she captioned the video which attracted comments from social media users who commended her for serving body goals.
Others commended her for always minding her business and described her as a calm soul. ''A very calm soul. May God bless you extraordinarily, " one of her Tik-Tok followers commented.
