Kapsaret Constituency Member of Parliament Hon Oscar Sudi has been facing the law over the case against him of allegedly forging his education documents.
The troubled legislature was supposed to attend a court session today, but he decided to miss out as he claimed that he was in Turkey for some medical reasons.
According to Daily Nation news reports, Hon Oscar Sudi might find himself in huge trouble as the Court has ordered him to give prove that he was in Turkey for the medical purposes that made him skip court session.
Anti-Corruption Court Chief Magistrate Felix Kombo also ordered Oscar Sudi to provide with his travel documents which will verify if his allegation is true.
"Kapseret MP Oscar Sudi has been ordered to provide medical records showing he was away receiving medical treatment in Turkey after he failed to attend court for the trial of his academic certificates forgery case." The reports stated.
