Grace, a Philippine has emotionally narrated how her Kenyan husband took care of her like a baby after she had an accident when she was 8 months pregnant.
They stayed with her mother in-law so that she could learn how to cook Kenyan meals for her husband.
On one fateful day, she washed the toilet and as she was climbing up the staircase, she slid and broke her leg around the ankle area.
The injury was so serious that she had to undergo a surgery which cost them 285,000 Kenyan shillings. They however managed to raise the cash comfortably with the help of friends.
By the grace of God, Grace delivered her baby two days before the surgery and could now undergo the surgery comfortably without having to go for a caesarian section first.
After the surgery, Grace was bedridden but her husband took care of her. He washed her, changed her adult diaper and even fed her.
Their Love Story
Grace and Maina met as they were working in Dubai for the same company but in different departments.
They fell in love and dated for two years. Maina proposed and they did a beautiful church wedding.
After the wedding, they decided that they'd first work and save for 3 years before coming back to Kenya to start a family.
However, after 8 months, Grace got pregnant and they both decided to come to Kenya and start life.
With time, their savings were over and they struggled financially for one year. Each time they tried starting a business, it would fail.
They decided to get into the gospel ministry since they both have a calling.
Maina is now a pastor at Nairobi chapel and Grace supports him so much. Since they got into the ministry, they've never struggled financially. They thank God for providing.
