Three years after joining one of Kenya's leading Media stations NTV, the award-winning investigative Journalist Dennis Okari has exited the Nation Media Group.
Breaking the announcement through his social media this Monday night, Dennis Okari stated that his assignment at NTV has expired and has thanked God for the noble opportunity He gave him to serve. According to Okari, he gave it everything he had during the assignment and it is time to switch to something bigger and better than himself. Okari has also expressed his gratitude to his media team and the audience who kept listening and watching their news.
"My assignment at NTV has come to an end. I'm grateful to God for the opportunity to serve. I gave it my all. But I couldn't have done it without the help of an incredible team and an amazing audience. It's to move on to something bigger and greater than myself," Okari says.
Dennis Okari, a very top investigative Journalist has been winning the hearts of many people for many years of his journalism career owing to his prowess in reporting news. Among the best exposes he has released include "The Covid-19 millionaires", "Bewitching of Oleku", "Mpeketoni Attack", "Exorcism" etc.
Okari's exit from NMG comes after another top Journalist Mark Masai was retrenched from work.
