Njogu Wa Njoroge is a reknown Kikuyu Radio presenter who is well grounded to be distracted by neysayers. He become popular when he was working at Kameme Fm before resigning to vie for molo town parliamentary seat which he lost. He was re-employed by kayu fm which is also a Kikuyu vernacular radio station.
Some hours ago, Njogu attended a fundraising ceremony at AIPCA where he was accompanied by Ben Githae and Regina Muthoga who are Kikuyu gospel musicians. When he was given a chance to speak he decided to talk about his disabled daughter which was his first time to talk about her in public.
This was after he saw a girl who was begging for help on a wheelchair and he realized she was called Mary Nyawira just like his mother. He said that he was shocked to learn that the girl has the same name like his daughter who has the same disability leaving him wondering about the coincidence.
He promised to do all he can to help the girl since he understands the hardship the mother goes through since he is also a father to a disabled child like her. He therefore asked Karagu Muraya to also come out and help the girl since medication was very important. Watch the full video below.
