Raila's Daughter Reveals What Sometimes Happens When She Calls Him, Forcing Her to Hang up

ODM leader Raila Odinga's youngest daughter Winnie Odinga has now revealed that being his daughter doesn't mean she always has access to him.

Among Raila's three remaining children; Winnie, Rosemary and Junior, Winnie is seen as the closest to him and more frequent in his political events.

But she says that even she is at times forced to keep off, and at times has it hard talking to him or advising him, when he is not in the mood for such.

She has revealed that she is even at times forced to hang up, when the former Prime Minister is just not in the mood to listen to her despite being his adviser.

"If I call and get a certain answer, I always prefer hanging up that call. You only talk to the boss when he is in good moods,” she is quoted by The Standard.

She says that she advises Raila on matters to do with youth affairs and also serves in his secretariat, hence her presence in a good number of his functions.

Winnie also reveals that they no longer do some things as a family, like spending time together and going to church, thanks to the ongoing campaigns.

She is as well excited regarding the picking of Nark Kenya leader Martha Karua as Raila's running mate, and believes that this is very good for Kenyan ladies.

“I urge you (women) to vote for that ticket if we want real change. We are at the reflection point and there is no more sitting on the sidelines. We have an opportunity to choose for ourselves," she is quoted.

She has advised Kenyans to trust her father with the presidency, if they are to enjoy better leadership and get to experience the goodies he is promising.
