"Our attention has been drawn to the various interviews and publications by PLUG TV on its YouTube Channel with regards to allegations by certain Gengetone artists. We want to categorically distance ourselves from the allegations." "A cry for help"
Maddox and Qoqos Juma grief-stricken, decide to do what dejected, worn out artists and actors do; sort out frantic wannabe journalists and cry for help from the masses. These stories are likely crooked or made to drive a certain agenda. What use is journalism anyway if we can't get both sides of the stories?
Qoqos Juma pleaded for help, broke down and cried blaming his previous management for his downfall. He went on to add that, "Na mimi siwaogopi" to mean that he won't show signs of dismay and prove his intrepid ways.
The current wave of proclaimed artists and social media influencers rode on this wave coming up with anecdotes from their perspective. The likes of KRG The Don, VDJ Jones and Mwalimu Rachel.
There are three sides to a story ; the plaintiff's, the defendant's and the side that involves the history between both parties. The sad truth is that the crowd might never know what transpired. The masses however, tend to be brainwashed by what they hear. As a result, they keep switching sides depending on what story feels more cogent and powerful.
Plug TV is in unrest and are therefore brought to answer certain questions in court. What do you make of this?
