Nick Cordero who has always been in very many Broadway plays died at 41 years after covid-19 complications. Nick's death comes thirteen weeks after he was admitted in the ICU in late March. He took a covid-19 test and tested negative twice. Doctors were therefore unable to identify why he had pneumonia-like symptoms. He then later tested positive.
He later woke up from a medically induced coma and underwent a leg amputation due to covid-19 complications. News later arose that Nick would need a double lung transplant.
It read, " God has another angel in heaven now. My darling husband passed away this morning. He was surrounded in love by his family, singing and praying as he gently left this earth. I am in disbelief and hurting everywhere. My heart is broken as I cannot imagine our lives without him. Nick was such a bright light. He was everyone's friend, loved to listen, help and especially talk. He was an incredible actor and musician. He loved his family and loved being a father and husband. Elvis and I will miss him in everything we do, everyday."
He also thanked his medical team, Doctor David for the efforts.
A great loss to Elvis and Kloots, to the entire Broadway and even more to his funs. May He Rest In Peace.
