Kapseret Member of Parliament honorable Oscar Kipchumba Sudi has caused an uproar among Kenyans when he promised to speak fluent English only if they brought a deal not less than 5 Million Kenyan shillings.
Sudi, stated that his critics who are questioning his academic credentials will love his fluency in English when there is a serious business involving 5 Millionllion Kenyan shillings and above.
He further told his critics how can they speak English yet they is no serious business they are doing.
"I see others saying I'm not educated. Let them bring deals worth not less than KSh 5 billion, they will love my English. How do you speak English yet there is no serious business, are you mad?" he posed.
Sudi, has been on the limelight being the politicians allied to Deputy President William Ruto with questionable academic credentials over a long period of time.
Also, Sudi has been accused of not in any position to expressed himself using English or rather contribute to the business of the House during the sitting.
