Health Cabinet Secretary Mutahi Kagwe, is yet to comment on the issue of his son being allegedly kidnapped.
Kahush and his father, burst into the limelight at the same time, with Kagwe's impact being crucial in combatting the COVID-19 pandemic.
Kahush who was unknown at the time, became popular a few months into the pandemic after his song mi siwezi, went viral.
Hence the artist's star has only risen from there, with Kahush being one of the most popular and loved upcoming artists in the country.
A photo of Kahush appearing to be bloodied, has recently been posted by Edgar Obare's, captured in one of the rapper's previous posts.
According to Kahush, he had been kidnapped although his kidnappers appear to have let him go.
He went on to warn his kidnappers to move away from where they lived, since he would catch up with them.
