The beauty queen has not shied away from creating some happy moments for herself and has on some occasions even flaunted herself dancing.
The most recent was where she posted a video of herself online while at some undisclosed location, and from the video she relieved her youth by twerking to some dancehall song.
And in a move seemingly to show that she loves dancing during her free time, Miss Nyamu has again flaunted herself dancing online.
In a late night post on her Instagram account, the mother of two posted short video clips on her Insta stories where she had donned a yellow top, and rhythmically moved to the beat of Rayvanny's song 'Number One' and also Diamond Platnumz song 'Waah'.
Here are the links to the video clips.
Karen Nyamu also accompanied the posts with a caption pointing out at her weight gain, and sarcastically blamed the government for closing gyms due to the recent spike on Covid-19 cases.
She said " Ka mama Sam kanono ka cute, blame GOK, wamefunga gym."

This is not the first time that Karen Nyamu has indirectly raised concerns on her weight gain.
Just weeks ago she also took to her Instagram account and paraded how she is currently in a diet, only eating small portions of foods to check on her calories.
Like many women all over the world Miss Nyamu's weight gain may presumably be attributed to the birth of her son Sam Jr, whom she birthed with Mugithi crooner Samuel Muchoki alias Samidoh on December 2020.

It is reported that the main reason why most women gain weight after birth is because of being a busy mom, and putting the needs of their children before their own.
Also other causes of postpartum weight gain may be due to sleeplessness, stress and lack of exercising.
And thus even though a mother breastfeeds which takes away about 500 calories everyday, one may still gain weight significantly if the above factors are not checked.
