Following a large gender reveal celebration in Nairobi's Safari Park Hotel, Kenyan celebrity couple Nadia Mukami and Arrow Bwoy announced that they are expecting a baby boy. Nadia showed off the well-decorated event, which was attended by Assistant Minister of ICT, Innovation & Youth Affairs, Nadia Ahmed Abdalla, through a series of Instagram stories. Comedian Teacher Wanjiku, musician Krg the Don, and event organizer Chris Kirwa were among those in attendance.
In a video, the singer flaunted her baby bulge as she arrived at the event dressed in a yellow-sheered dress, while Arrow Bwoy wore a black and yellow themed costume. The celebrity couple were in line at the front, waiting for the news.
"Are you prepared?" The Assistant Minister said, "It's a baby boy!" before Mukami and Arrow Bwoy sprang for joy.
In honor of a child she lost following a miscarriage last year, Nadia also announced a charity called "Lola and Safari." Nadia Mukami and Arrow Bwoy founded the Lola and Safari Foundation to help young girls and moms who face difficulties during pregnancy, childbirth, or postpartum depression, as well as those who cannot afford maternity health care.
