Gibson Gathu Mbugua, a veteran actor famous for his role in the KBC Tv comedy series is dead. Kenyans have been thrown into mourning especially the lovers of the popular KBC TV show.
The actor acted as the prosecutor in the show. He has been battling health conditions since a few months ago. He underwent a Kidney transplant at Meadow Hill Hospital in Eldoret.
The veteran actor has been battling with diabetes for over two decades and has been in and out of the hospital. During that time, Kenyans came to his Aid after he was announced he needed to do a kidney transplant to get better.
Among those who donated towards his medical expenses includes former president Uhuru Kenyatta, who sent a personal donation of 2 million during a fundraising held at Charter Hall inside the Nairobi county building.
His death was a huge blow to the entertainment industry and he will be missed especially on Kbc Tv comedy.
