People have been asking why Samidoh did not show up during the album launch of Waithaka Wa Jane which took place in Kiambu at SNL lounge and gardens which are in Githurai 44.

Waithaka is one of the best upcoming kikuyu secular artists who is making huge steps in this music industry despite having less than 2 years since the time he joined this industry.

Waithaka now seems like he is the King of Kikuyu music thus outshining Samidoh who was the previous king of Kikuyu songs. Now people have been saying that Samidoh is jealous of Waithaka's success.

Samidoh was on the list of people who were expected to perform and support Waithaka during his album launch but he did not show up. Now a fan called Jeff Mwangi attacked him in the comments by telling him that he should stop being jealous of Waithaka and he should support him.

On the other hand, Samidoh responded to him by telling him that he is a good example of idle people who talk most on social media and they have nothing to offer. He said that he always supports Waithaka.
