Relationship wrangles in Kenya are nothing to write home about. Murder among spouses is becoming an emerging trend.
A woman has sued her estranged husband for allegedly causing a disturbance and damaging her window glasses.
Duncan Mutembei Muchiri was charged with creating disturbance by damaging windows and glasses of Lucy Muchiri's house at night at Mihango Bhakita.
Lucy said that she was sleeping her house when she heard someone outside saying he would kill her.
It was her estranged husband who was standing outside armed with stones, which he started throwing at the windows to the bedroom and sitting room. She woke up and peeped through an opening.
She was shocked to learn that the person causing the disturbance was her husband she had separated from few months ago. He accused her of abandoning him for other men.
In some cases, separated couples have agreed to co-parent which is far much better than being in abusive relationships.
