Elseba Kokeyo, alias Cebbie Koks has revealed a conversation she had with Interior PS Raymond Omollo. Omollo was one of the high profile guest's who attended the wedding. She starts by narrating that Omollo told her of how happy he was for her and how proud he was for how she carries herself. He promised then to attend the wedding. She goes on to reveal that they teared their heart's with joy when the good news arrived.
Everyone was happy and her mother didn't sleep.The village jumped and yelled with so much joy. He then later confirmed that he would attend despite his busy schedule and that nothing had changed. And when he arrived, he demanded to see Kokeyo.
Elseba is now a happy woman as she recounts every detail of her wedding. She has had the last two months of her life. First, it was lawyer Ogolla's graduation and then he proposed, then the wedding. What an end to the year for Cebbie. Cebbie is Akothee's younger sister. Omollo landed in the chopper pictured and brought the village to a standstill.
