"I chose to celebrate the unsung heroes who contributed to HE Mwai Kibaki's success. In 1960 the late Jaramogi Oginga Odinga plucked the young Kibaki from Makerere University to come and head KANU as Executive Director.
In 2002 HE Raila Amolo Odinga postpone his quest to lead this nation and supported Mzee with the famous Kibaki Tosha Slogan. HE Uhuru Kenyatta postponed his quest to lead this country in 2007 to support Mzee.
These are but some of the unsung heroes who in very special way contributed immensely to Mzee being the person he was".
