Social media users shared images from the visit, showing President Uhuru Kenyatta's mother beaming as she spent time with her favorite Akorino artists.
Mama Ngina hosted singer Hezekiah Ndung'u, among others, according to images posted by Akorino gospel artist Martin Janet, who was a member of the group.
