Sombre mood has engulfed social media handles of Keroche heiress Anerlisa Muigai after she recorded a video of herself laying a flower banquet on late beloved sister Tecra Muigai's grave at their rural home before saying a short prayer.
Tecra, a scion of wealth business couple Tabitha Karanja and Peter Karanja who run a lucrative liquor business controversially lost her life last year on the Tuesday of April 28th at a private residence in Shella on Lamu island
She was reported to have fallen down a flight of stairs, claims that the late's family refuted leading to the arrest of her boyfriend Omar Lali whom they were living together with.
The directorate of criminal investigations unit on serious crimes would later take over the case as Lali was kept on hold to assist with investigations into the incident. Lali was however set free after preliminary investigations failed to link him with Tecra's horrific death. A decision that Tecra's family disputed.
