KCSE Candidate and Kenya Kwanza Anthem, Sipangwingwi Hitwriter, Trio Mio Under Pressure Over Exams

Days after rising rapper Trio Mio wrote his final test, the rapper has now expressed confidence in the yet to be announced KCSE results.

Trio received questions about what it would be like to finish school and if he would feel nervous about the outcome. He says he is ready for whatever comes but is under a lot of pressure. "Let the results come as they want, yes I do lose sleep over this," Trio told a worried fan.

Recently the rapper responded to comments from comedian Ty Ngachira, whereby he said that he won't be producing any more hits because he has nothing to put him under pressure. "I'm afraid Trio Mio will no longer release great movies, no more preparation, no exams. "There's a certain spice that suffering adds to the content," says Ty.

In response, Trio said he's focused more on music while he's out of school, noting that he now has more time to find content to spice up his music. The young man's first song after leaving school "Achia" is among the best released in the past week.

In the jam, Trio delivers wonderful lyrical rhymes, leaving their listeners wanting more. The video for the song has since garnered over 100,000 views on YouTube and is expected to do even better. "Achia" received a warm reception from fans, who said the rapper started 2023 on a high.

Trio Mio has had a great and busy year. On streaming platform BoomPlay, his song "Sipangwingwi" featuring Saru and Exray is the third most streamed song after Bahati's "Adhiambo" featuring Prince Indah and Jovial's "Jeraha" featuring Otile Brown.
