April 24th is her birthday, renowned Citizen TV news anchor Lulu Hassan was yesterday surprised with her husband's birthday surprise during a live TV session.
An emotional Lulu struggled to hold back tears of joy as her colleagues made their way onto the set, with a cake, ready for Lulu’s birthday celebration.
The birthday girl broke into tears as she was overwhelmed by the moment with her colleagues urging her to cut the cake. She cut her cake as her hubby made his final remarks thanking the team and everyone for their love and support throughout the years.
The emotion in the studio was heightened by a melodic birthday tune that was playing in the background making Rashid sound like a poet performing over an instrumental because generally she was not prepared.
She did not expect that and even never knew what was planned for her and immediately they finished the weekend news she was surprised to see everyone giving her presents and gifts and singing to her birthday songs during an online tv event.
Her Husband gave her a bunch of flowers and a branded cake.
