Julie Gichuru is one media personality who has been in the media industry for years now. Today marks the day that she is turning a year older. She is now bidding 47 years and now turning 48 years old.
She has however taken to her social media to celebrate differently. This is by recounting her struggles in the past year. She wrote saying "marking another year around the sun with gratitude."

She says last year was filled with blessings and also heartbreak. So much to be thankful for. She had an eye surgery and she us recovering well. Her vision that has been deteriorating is now getting better and she doesn't need glasses anymore. Adding that she went to the surgery with her darling Simba whom they are recovering together with.
She further says that it was a year that she lost loved ones. Who are resting right now and as they rest, she.must live on. Happy birthday to her.
