The current constitution of Kenya allows a person to have dual citizenship. Therefore, there are various celebrities who are the citizens of two countries. Below ii the list of some of them.
a) Lupita Nyong'o
Lupita Nyong'o was born in 1983 in Mexico. She is a daughter to Anyang Nyong'o and Dorothy Ogada who are kenyans. Even though she was born in Mexico ,she was raised in Kenya.Therefore , Lupita Nyong'o has both citizenship of Kenya and Mexico.
b) Arnold Origi
Origi was born in Nairobi ,Kenya . He is an international footballer who went to Norway for his football activities.Before moving to Norway , he was a goalkeeper for Mathare United and Tusker. He has a citizenship in both Kenya and Norway.
c) Miguna Miguna
Miguna is a politician and lawyer. He was born in Magina , Kisumu County. He is therefore a Kenyan citizen by birth. He attained the Canadian citizenship when he fleed to Canada and after was championing for multiparty democracy.
d) Nyota Ndogo
Nyota Ndogo is Kenyan singer from Mombasa. He got married to man from Dutch. The two lovebirds together with their children relocated to Dutch. This is where she attained her citizenship .
e) Emmy Koskei
Emmy Koskei is a Kenyan Musician who originate from Kenya. She was married to a pastor from Nigeria. They relocated to Nigeria and she attained the citizenship of Nigeria.
