It is a big boost to the entertainment scene in the country and Africa at large after unveiling of a unique project by Sauti Soul. Sauti Soul is a Kenyan music band bringing together Bien Aime Baraza alias Man Baldman, Willis Austin Chimano, Savara Mudigi and Polycarp Ochieng alias 'fancy fingers'.
The project is called Shahara Content, a platform that will give creatives genuine ownership of their content.
" As creative co-founders, we are championing African solutions to African problems. Shahara gives content creators ownership and decolonizes the way content is shared and monetized," read part of the statement.

In the short Instagram post, the award-winning group assured content creators that in Shahara, they have total control over their content. It assured its fans of greatness in the platform and that they will only pay for the content they want and no subscription is needed.
