Raila Odinga is expected to hold a major political rally in Kasarani stadium. The event will be on Friday as he is said to announce his presidential bid. Through his Twitter handle Raila has posted a video of young artist Trio Mio. The 16 year old will be performing in the political rally alongside other musicians.
This has been declared by his political followers as a from of promoting local talent. The generation of young musicians is always looked down upon to in this country. This is the reason some people are trolling Trio Mio for engaging in politics. The critics of Raila Odinga have urged him not to involve people with no voter's card in his meetings.
A section of Kenyans have downplayed the critics by saying that the artist is making money. This is what matters most to lead a comfortable lifestyle. In an economy where the youth are struggling the ODM leader has done the right thing.
