Nana Owiti and King Kaka have been through a rough patch when King got sick. For about three months King was so sick but they managed to stay strong and hopeful until he good better. He has successfully gained 6kg in a couple of weeks now. Nana sees King's illness as a test and she was so proud they passed it together. Nana has thus gone out on a vacation to have a nice time after a very stressful few months.
Since Nana's workout results started showing and became successful, she promised not to give us peace as she will not keep her fire waist to herself. She has confessed that the gym is not a lie and with discipline and consistently you'd love your hard work.
